Title: Eagle STAR/PACE Developer & L2/L3 Production Support Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Production Support (L2/L3)
Monitor, analyze, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring/systemic issues.
Provide functional and technical troubleshooting for Eagle STAR & PACE.
Support batch processing, job monitoring, and data validation.
Handle escalations and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams.
Support release deployments and post-implementation validation.
Prepare documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Technical Skills Required
Solid hands-on experience with:
Eagle STAR (Performance, Reporting)
Eagle PACE (Data workflows, Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
Oracle SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting)
Experience with Eagle Data Model
Job scheduling tools (Control-M / Autosys preferred)
Understanding of SDLC, change management,



and production release processes
Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Jira)

Functional / Domain Expertise
Investment Management / Asset Management domain knowledge
Understanding of:
Security reference data
Pricing & corporate actions
Portfolio positions & transactions
Performance measurement concepts (TWR preferred)

Experience Required
6+ years overall IT experience
4+ years hands-on experience in Eagle STAR & PACE support
Experience in L2/L3 Production Support environment

Soft Skills
Robust analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
Valuable communication with business users and PM teams
Ability to work in onshore/offshore model

Nice to Have
Experience with FactSet or other performance systems
Exposure to Eagle Accounting
Experience in performance attribution environments
