 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.

 The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in

Compensation, OTL, Advantages & Payroll.

 Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to

customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.

 Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.

 Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.

 Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects

 At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.

 Should have a valuable understanding of Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.

 Experience in handling data conversions (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added

advantage

 Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills

 Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
