About the role

Join USI Talent Acquisition as a Functional Analyst focusing on Oracle EBS Finance modules. This role involves managing and enhancing existing Oracle EBS financial systems supporting US-based clients.

Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain Oracle EBS Finance modules, including both standard functionalities and custom components.
Respond to service incidents, enhancement requests, and user inquiries adhering to defined SDLC standards.
Develop and document design specifications, test plans, and execute quality reviews prior to production deployment.
Collaborate within onsite-offshore teams to collect requirements, configure systems, and deliver solutions.
Ensure compliance with project and organizational quality and documentation standards throughout all phases.

Required skills and experience
8 to 10 years of functional experience with Oracle Finance modules,



including robust expertise in at least two of GL, AP, AR, FA.
Proven experience in Oracle EBS implementation and ongoing application management projects.
Solid understanding of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Intercompany, and Project Costing processes.
Experience preparing design documents, performing configurations, and working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.

Nice to have
Familiarity with SDLC processes and best practices for software development and deployment.
Experience working with US-based clients and understanding their financial regulatory setting.
