Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across locations.
Manage PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, Maternity Advantages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable labour legislations.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and remittances.
Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities during inspections, audits, and statutory enquiries.
Track changes in labour legislation and implement compliance requirements proactively.
