Job Role: AI Lead - Generative AI

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead – Generative AI to design and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain and RAG architectures.
Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
Build data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training.
Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor ML and GenAI models.
Work with structured and unstructured data to generate meaningful insights.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.




Stay current with emerging AI, ML, LLM, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science.
Solid hands-on expertise in Python.
Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
Solid experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Experience with AWS cloud services.
Good understanding of data processing and Data Science concepts.
Experience with model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring.
Solid problem-solving and technical communication skills.
