About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager – Quick Commerce who can own and scale performance marketing for brands across Quick Commerce platforms.

This role is for someone who enjoys leading a team, digging into numbers, spotting opportunities, managing campaigns and making decisions in a fast-moving workplace.

Requirements




4–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce or Marketplace Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimisation and marketplace advertising.
Prior experience in team management and the ability to drive a team towards performance goals.
Excellent with numbers, data analysis and performance metrics
Comfortable handling chaos, ambiguity and constantly changing priorities
Strong understanding of D2C ecosystem, domain knowledge and scale optimizations
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on mindset you should be comfortable getting into the details rather than only managing from the top.
