Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, ESI Act, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage contract labour force effectively by ensuring timely recruitment, training, and deployment of workers.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee employee relations activities such as grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in Corporate HR role in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws (Contract Labour Act) and ability to ensure compliance.
- Experience in managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing effective HR strategies for diverse workforce.
