Job Summary The Global Markets UI Horizontal Team is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual contributor with strong hands-on experience in full stack development, real-time UI engineering, release coordination, test automation, and modern AI-driven application development.

Key Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Python (basic to advanced concepts), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Experience building and working with modern AI-powered applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and drive deliverables independently.

Required Skills
- Proven experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) , with a strong understanding of how they interrelate.
- Hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Solid UI engineering expertise using React.js , ES6+ , WebSockets , OpenFin/Electron , Tailwind CSS , and modern front-end development tools.
- Solid foundation in Python, including data structures, asynchronous programming, and modern packaging practices.
- Self-driven, organised, and capable of independently managing and delivering complex initiatives.
- Exposure to Global Markets and financial products/asset classes.

AI & GenAI Experience Candidates should have practical experience with modern AI application architectures, including:
- Building solutions using LangChain and LlamaIndex .
- Developing Agentic AI applications using OpenAI ADK, multi-agent frameworks, function-calling agents, and tool orchestration.
- Building and integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers .
- Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and prompt engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills




- Advanced full stack engineering experience using Python/Java and modern UI frameworks such as React.js.
- Experience designing and implementing real-time analytics , event-driven architectures , and distributed data pipelines .
- Experience building scalable, low-latency AI/ML-enabled systems and distributed processing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain, ADK Agents, and MCP Servers
- Tool-calling agents and context-aware orchestration
- Structured output parsing
- Vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems

- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as AWS CDK , CloudFormation , CodeBuild , or equivalent platforms.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement, code quality, application performance, and system reliability.
- Ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define, implement, and optimise target-state processes and data quality initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability to lead end-to-end development efforts and coordinate effectively with Tech Managers and cross-functional teams.
