Your current role
In this role, you will be part of the Commercial Insights and Analytics team, supporting international pricing and reimbursement activities through data monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Your work will ensure that decision-makers across the organisation have accurate, timely insights to guide pricing strategies. Day-to-day your tasks will include:
- Monitoring international pricing and reimbursement sources - regularly reviewing international websites and databases, spotting relevant updates and accurately retrieving and recording data across markets
- Updating and maintaining dashboards with intelligence from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy in recurring, detail-driven work
- Preparing and delivering price certificates to a high standard
- Supporting with pricing analyses on an ongoing and ad hoc basis, helping to turn data into meaningful insights
- Standardising product master data for Novo Nordisk and competitor products, integrating data from different sources (e.g. SAP, IQVIA, POLI) and working comfortably with large datasets
- Researching product qualities using external and internal sources to ensure quality of product master data and mappings
Qualifications
- Around 3 years of experience, preferably in pricing,
market access or a related analytical function within the pharma industry
- Proven experience handling repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistently high-quality output
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel being essential (knowledge of VBA would be a plus)
- Good understanding of datasets and master data logic
- Familiarity with pricing, market access or reimbursement topics (experience with IQVIA, POLI or NAVLIN data would be an asset)
- Experience working with dashboards or reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, SAP
- Experience working in or exposure to a multinational environment, with the ability to manage relationships across different teams and geographies
- Masters Degree (preferably within a quantitative/management discipline) from a well-recognised institute; undergraduate degree preferably in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), or Engineering (BTech)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
