Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and address denial reasons by researching claim rejections, appealing denied claims, and following up on outstanding payments.

- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, customer service, and operations to resolve complex patient billing issues.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, insurers, and other stakeholders using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in US healthcare BPO or similar industry.

- Strong knowledge of AR calling processes and denial management techniques.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity targets.
