About the Role

Premier Fine Linens Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly analytical, proactive and result-oriented professional to work closely with the top level management.

The role involves supporting senior leadership in business analysis, operational MIS, performance tracking, cross-functional coordination and follow-up of key operational initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, interacting with senior functional leaders and spending time at manufacturing locations to understand operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualification: • MBA / PGDM

• Engineering

Experience:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in any of the following:
- Management Consulting
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Operations
- CEO / COO Office
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Business Analytics / Operational Excellence

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel





• Robust PowerPoint presentation skills

• Working knowledge of SAP

• Working knowledge of Power BI

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Experience in handling large datasets and operational MIS

Behavioural & Leadership Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong ownership and execution orientation

• High level of discipline and confidentiality

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
