This is a hands-on role — candidates must have real, demonstrable project experience.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust backend solutions using
Core Java and Spring Boot
Build and configure workflows, data pipelines, and system integrations
Develop and maintain
REST and GraphQL APIs
/ microservices
Manage data access layers using Hibernate ORM (entity mapping, session management,



HQL/Criteria API, caching)
Work with Oracle/MySQL databases — stored procedures, triggers, XML parsing, query tuning, indexing
Support data migration, validation, and deployment troubleshooting
Collaborate with functional and technical teams on scalable solutions
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Must-Have Skills
3–6 years
of hands-on Java development experience, with real production projects
Solid Core Java (Java 8+): collections, multithreading, design patterns, OOP, J2EE
Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA
Hands-on
Hibernate ORM
experience (relationships, lazy/eager loading, transactions, performance tuning)
Robust
Oracle SQL/PLSQL or MySQL:
complex queries, tuning, execution plans, indexing, stored procedures, triggers, XML/JSON handling
Proven experience building and consuming
REST APIs & GraphQL APIs
Solid debugging, analytical, and communicati
