Role Description

This is a full time in office role located in Noida for a Marketing Manager. The profile will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our metaverse project, MaAvatar, across platforms. Managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or advertising
Positive knowledge of Web 3.0 technologies, Metaverse, NFTs, and Cryptocurrencies




Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and analyse data to improve campaign performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and work under tight deadlines
Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
Experience working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
Valuable analytical skills, ability to measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
Ability to design and manage events, meetups, and webinars in Discord and other relevant platforms.
Robust understanding of brand guidelines and expertise in establishing brand identity, including an adept knowledge of color schemes.
Ability to provide constructive feedback to a range of creative professionals, including content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels
