Working with Top Management to explore new avenues of growth for the company
Enhancing Existing business relationships and increasing share of business through these
Decide and implement region specific cutting-edge strategies to meet business targets
Work closely with Sales and Operations to meet overall company’s objectives
Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results
Special Focus on Grooming and Retention of Talent Pool
Maintain business hygiene and process oriented.
Identify potential hospitals, corporate relationships, present Arogya Finance to the hospital management,



sign partnership MOUs with them.
Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting current and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
