n Role Overview:
n We are looking for an Executive – DSP & OEM with hands-on experience in digital advertising, DSPs, and performance campaigns. The role involves campaign execution, optimization, OEM/DSP partnerships, revenue management, and identifying new supply opportunities.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across DSPs and OEM platforms.
n Understand campaign briefs and execute strategies based on client requirements and KPIs.
n Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, ROI, and other key metrics.
n Plan and implement targeting strategies including audience, geo, interest, and keyword targeting.
n Identify performance issues and drive continuous campaign optimization.
n Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
n Coordinate with Sales, Tech, Finance, and OEM/DSP partners for smooth campaign execution and billing.
n Troubleshoot and resolve campaign or technical issues.
n Identify and onboard new DSPs and direct supply sources to drive business growth.




n Build and maintain robust relationships with DSP/OEM partners and contribute to revenue growth.
n Support strategic planning and revenue management initiatives.
n n What We're Looking For:
n n 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, DSPs, OEMs, or a related technical/account management role.
n Prior experience in the ad-tech ecosystem is mandatory — publisher, trading desk, DSP, ad network, or similar.
n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
n A proactive and creative approach to campaign optimization and business growth.
