Job Description Senior- Influencer Campaign Specialist

n The Role
n You've already run influencer campaigns. You know the drill briefs change, creators go MIA, timelines get tight, and somehow the campaign still needs to go live.
n We're looking for someone who can own that chaos and make things happen.
n At Qoruz, you'll take influencer campaigns from brief → creators → negotiations → content → LIVE.
n And at this level, we're looking for someone who doesn't just coordinate campaigns you own them.
n What You'll Own
n n Run influencer campaigns end-to-end.
n Find creators who actually fit the brief not just the follower count.
n Own creator outreach, conversations, and onboarding.
n Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
n Manage briefs, content reviews, feedback, and approvals.
n Keep creators, clients, and internal teams aligned.
n Handle multiple campaigns without letting deadlines slip.
n Spot campaign blockers early and get them sorted.
n Build solid relationships with creators and talent managers.
n Track campaign performance and understand what worked (and what didn't).




n Help junior team members navigate campaign execution when needed.
n n What We're Looking For
n 1.5+ years in influencer marketing / creator campaigns, and ideally someone who:
n n Has independently handled campaigns from start to finish.
n Knows the Indian creator ecosystem well.
n Can confidently negotiate with creators and talent managers.
n Has worked directly with brands or clients.
n Knows how to manage 20 things happening at once.
n Is quick with follow-ups, decisions, and problem-solving.
n Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.

n You already have a strong creator/talent manager network or have handled large multi-creator campaigns.
