Key Responsibilities
Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specification.
Design constructions projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings & models.
Determines project costs by calculating labour, material, and related costs.
Create feasibility study by analysing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies and assembling data.
Produce engineering documents by developing construction specification, plan and schedules.
Fulfils project requirements by training and guiding operators.
Maintain operations by enforcing project & operational policies and procedures.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Candidate's Profile
Degree / diploma in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering. with 2 to 4 years of work experience in real estate.
