We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated OJT candidates to join our Food & Beverage Production (Kitchen) Department. This opportunity will provide practical exposure to professional kitchen operations and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and production.
Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining food quality and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist with kitchen cleaning and proper storage of ingredients.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures in the kitchen.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or department supervisor.

Requirements
Students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts,



or a related course.
Willingness to learn and work in a professional kitchen environment.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and disciplined approach to work.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards.
