Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and office-related computer tasks. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications, along with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day computer operations and data entry.
Enter, update, and maintain records accurately.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Handle MS Word, MS Excel, email, and other office applications.
Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Verify data and correct errors when required.
Generate reports and assist in routine administrative activities.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Coordinate with other departments for data and documentation requirements.
Perform other computer and office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.




Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Degree.
