We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Interior to drive sales, generate new business, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned revenue targets for residential interior projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Handle leads for home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete interior projects.
Understand client requirements, budget, timeline, and design expectations.
Conduct client meetings, consultations, and property/site visits.
Present company services, designs, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, builders, real estate companies, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the design, project, and operations teams for smooth project handover.




Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, meetings, and sales activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Identify current markets and opportunities for business expansion.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Sales Target & Performance
Responsible for achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified interior project leads.
Achieve sales targets through effective lead conversion, client meetings, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Target will be assigned according to the company's business requirements and project value.
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Monthly sales/revenue
Lead-to-client conversion
Number of qualified leads
