Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
Assist clients with account-related queries and service requests.
Provide timely updates regarding applications, documentation, and service processes.
Maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
Record all client interactions and updates in CRM systems.




Coordinate welcome calls for new clients and maintain engagement.

Back Office Responsibilities
Process client documentation and verify application forms.
Maintain accurate records of customer data and transactions.
Support KYC, onboarding, account opening, and document management processes.
Update CRM, Excel sheets, and internal software on a daily basis.
Coordinate with service providers and internal departments for case processing.
Prepare reports, MIS, and business activity records.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of digital and physical records.
Monitor pending cases and follow up until completion.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
