We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Faridabad Branch and drive business growth across Faridabad and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Handle leads for residential interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and complete home interiors.
Understand client requirements, budget, design preferences, and project timelines.
Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
Present Lifeasy Interior's services, designs, quotations, and proposals.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.




Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, real estate professionals, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline for the Faridabad market.
Negotiate with clients and close projects within company-approved commercial terms.
Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth handover after booking.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and closures.
Monitor competitors, local market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Identify recent business opportunities and potential channel partners in Faridabad and surrounding areas.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Sales Target & Performance

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by Lifeasy Interior.

Performance will be measured on:
