Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall business operations and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, improve processes, and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations across departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.)
Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure target achievement
Optimize operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost control
Build and manage high-performing teams; ensure alignment and accountability
Liaise with senior stakeholders and report on business performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines,



and industry standards
Identify new business prospects and drive growth initiatives
Handle crisis management and decision-making under pressure

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
8+ years of managerial experience in business operations or leadership roles
Robust analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team management capabilities
Proven track record of improving business outcomes and driving growth.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
