We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and as per the required quality standards and project timelines.

The candidate should have previous hands-on experience in the construction industry and should be capable of independently managing site activities, workers, contractors, and vendors. A Civil Engineering degree is not mandatory; practical construction site experience and robust site-management skills will be given importance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, vendors, and other site personnel.
Ensure proper deployment and utilisation of manpower and materials.
Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure adherence to approved specifications.
Maintain proper records of site progress, materials, manpower, and ongoing activities.




Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely availability.

Candidate Profile:
Age should be 35 years or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/site management preferred.
Candidates with practical experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of construction site activities, labour management, and contractor coordination.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation will be preferred.
Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and issues to management.
Ensure that work is carried out according to instructions, drawings, and approved plans.
