Position Overview
Position Title: Executive – Finance & Accounts
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Ledger Maintenance:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate general ledger maintenance in ERP systems (SAP / Tally).
Prepare customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Reconciliations & Receivables Management:
Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Follow up with customers for outstanding receivables and timely payment collection.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
Assist in GST compliance, including invoice verification, return data preparation, and Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation.
Support TDS calculations, deductions, reconciliations, and return filing tasks.
Audits & Financial Closing:
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Assist internal, statutory, and tax auditors during audit and due diligence processes.
Documentation & Investor Support:
Maintain digital documentation, banking records,



and supporting accounting files.
Assist in preparing basic financial data and presentations for internal management and investor reporting.

Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Technical Skills:
Positive understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, TDS, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Hands-on proficiency in ERP systems (SAP and Tally).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
Positive PowerPoint/presentation preparation skills.
