Role & Responsibilities
Maintain and update inquiries in Excel on a daily basis
Handle Indiamart leads, respond to buyers, and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with customers for quotations and orders
Search for and generate new customer data through Google and business directories
Prepare quotations using Word and Excel as required
Maintain sales reports,
follow-up reports, and other documentation
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure order status accuracy
Assist in back-office administrative support and customer communication
Requirements
Only female candidates may apply
Education: BBA, MBA or any relevant graduate qualification
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Positive communication and follow-up skills
Strong coordination, documentation, and organizational ability
For freshers: Positive communication and computer skills required
For experienced: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with strong negotiation and customer handling skills
