We are looking for a proactive HR & Operations Executive to manage HR activities, office operations, employee coordination and basic social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

HR
Manage attendance, leaves, joining and exit formalities.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and employee engagement.
Assist with offer letters and HR reports.
Handle routine employee queries.

Operations
Manage daily office and administrative activities.
Coordinate with employees, management and vendors.
Maintain operational records and reports.
Coordinate meetings and internal activities.




Track tasks and provide updates to management.

Social Media
Coordinate with the marketing team.
Maintain the social media content calendar.
Schedule approved posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Coordinate company photos, videos and updates.
Assist with basic Canva work.
Monitor comments/messages and forward relevant enquiries.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organization and coordination skills.
Basic HR and recruitment knowledge.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
Good follow-up and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate; BBA, B.Com or MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in HR, administration, operations or recruitment. Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
