n Designation: Designer

n Reporting To: Team Lead – Design
n Role & Responsibilities:
n ● Develop creative design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I; layouts, GFCs, typical details, and finish selections.
n ● Prepare and present design presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
n ● Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design activities.
n ● Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet client timelines.
n ● Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
n ● dentify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining high standards of execution.
n ● Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
n ● Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
n ● Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and accessible design requirements in project execution.
n ● Stay updated on industry trends, construction materials, and costs to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.




n ● Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop for design, documentation, and reporting tasks.
n ● Leverage advanced problem-solving skills and creativity in preparing design presentation materials.
n ● Maintain a keen eye for design detail during planning and in office implementation.
n ● Ensure quality control and deliver excellence in every phase of the project, from concept to completion.
n Skillset required:
n ● Experience in commercial and corporate interior design.
n ● Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, M.S Office, photoshop
n ● Effective verbal and written communication skills
n ● Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-starter
n ● Knowledge of building and accessible codes/ industry standard codes
n ● Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects
n ● Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs
n ● Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials
n Experience (Years) required:
n 5 -7 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors
n Qualification:
n Bachelor's degree in architecture
