Job Summary

SPD Constructions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tower In-Charge / Construction Manager to lead and manage the complete construction activities of one or more towers within a high-rise building project.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end tower execution, including structural, MIVAN/formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing, MEP coordination, manpower management, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction and proven ability to manage large teams and multiple construction activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Tower Construction & Project Execution




Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end construction and execution of the assigned tower(s).
Plan, supervise, and monitor construction activities from foundation/structural stages through finishing and handover.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.
Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction targets in coordination with the Project Manager and Planning team.
Ensure timely achievement of floor cycle targets and major project milestones.
Monitor structural activities including MIVAN/ aluminium shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, shear walls, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and other structural elements.
Coordinate subsequent activities including masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors/windows, and other finishing works.
