Explain electronic products, features, perks, pricing, and offers.
Generate sales leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Follow up regularly with interested customers.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Handle customer questions, objections, and product-related enquiries.
Coordinate with the sales, delivery, and service teams for order processing.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote products through WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels when required.
Stay updated on current electronic products, specifications, prices, and promotions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer requirements and market trends.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
