Responsibilities
Oversee routine maintenance and repair work to ensure that hospital facilities are kept in optimal condition.
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians and custodial staff.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unexpected breakdowns and downtime.
Coordinate with other hospital departments to address facility-related needs and issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage the maintenance budget and track expenses.
Respond to emergency repair requests swiftly to minimize disruption to hospital operations.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
Recommend and implement improvements to the facility's infrastructure and systems.
Oversee and regulate bio-waste management.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.




Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is highly desired.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hospital maintenance.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
