About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, analytics, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage and grow social media accounts and improve audience engagement.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
Develop content strategies for websites, blogs, social media and promotional campaigns.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4,



Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
Track leads, conversions, CPL, ROI and overall campaign performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.
Work with graphic designers, video editors and content writers to develop marketing creatives.
Identify new digital marketing trends, tools and growth opportunities.
Manage online reputation and brand presence.
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better lead generation.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.
Understanding of social media algorithms and content marketing.
Robust analytical and reporting skills.
Valuable communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
