Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic retail professional with prior experience as a Department Manager or Store Manager. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end store operations, lead a team, and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

LOCATIONS:
Coimbatore - Kunniyamuthur

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of store operations, sales, and team performance
Lead, coach, and supervise store staff to achieve KPIs and service standards
Ensure inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
Monitor daily reports, sales performance, and customer feedback
Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational standards




Collaborate with regional teams for audits, promotions, and process improvements

Eligibility & Experience
Prior experience as a Department Manager in apparel retail
Min 1 years experience in handling stores (preferred Men’s apparel categories)
Ability to lead teams and achieve store-level business goals
Understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising, and operational workflows

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
