BILLING ENGINEER

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer responsible for project billing, quantity verification, measurements, BOQ checking and reconciliation of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills.
Check contractor bills against actual site measurements.
Verify BOQ quantities, rates and extra items.
Prepare measurement sheets and quantity statements.
Check and certify contractor measurements.
Maintain project billing records.
Carry out steel and concrete reconciliation.
Monitor material consumption against approved quantities.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and accounts team.




Identify discrepancies in quantities and billing.
Maintain proper documentation of all billing activities.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction billing.
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills and measurements.
Knowledge of steel and concrete reconciliation.
Valuable knowledge of Excel and billing documentation.
Robust numerical and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
