About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Fashion / Bag Designer to develop innovative Jute, Cotton and fabric bags for our international customers.

This is a bag design and product development role, not a purely graphic design position. The candidate should understand fabrics and bag construction and be able to turn concepts into practical, production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop current Jute, Cotton and fabric bag styles.
Create bag concepts, sketches, mock-ups and production-ready drawings.
Work with different fabrics, shapes, handles, trims, accessories and printing techniques.
Develop samples in coordination with the factory and production team.
Modify designs based on customer requirements and feedback.
Create print artwork and layouts where required.
Research current fashion, colour and bag trends for new collections.

Requirements
Experience in bags, textiles and fashion accessories preferred.




Solid understanding of fabric, bag construction and manufacturing.
Good knowledge of Jute, Cotton, Canvas or similar fabrics is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
Positive understanding of measurements, proportions, colours and materials.
Creative, detail-oriented and able to develop designs that are both aesthetically appealing and commercially practical.
Ability to work directly with the factory and production team.

Important: This position is based at our Bandipur Factory, not our office. The candidate should be comfortable commuting to the Factory location and working closely with the sampling and production teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
