Job Description – Event Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage the smooth execution of training sessions, workshops, and events. The ideal candidate will coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations and timely communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, coordinating, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with on-ground trainers for events and training sessions.
Assign trainers for upcoming workshops, events, and training programs.
Ensure smooth execution of events by coordinating with internal teams and trainers.
Manage trainer schedules and maintain timely communication.
Follow up on invoices, payments, and related documentation.
Maintain operational reports, event records, and coordination trackers.
Resolve day-to-day coordination issues and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
Support the operations team in planning and executing events efficiently.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Experience in event coordination, operations, customer support, or administration is an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
