Job Description Department: Creative

n About the Role
n We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual concepts across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate creative briefs into impactful designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Design creative assets for digital, social media, print, and branding projects.
n Interpret creative briefs and develop visually engaging concepts.
n Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and creative teams.
n Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
n Revise designs based on stakeholder and client feedback.
n Prepare artwork for production and final delivery.
n Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
n Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
n n Required Qualifications
n n Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design,



Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
n 5–8 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency.
n Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
n Robust understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
n Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
n A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
n n Preferred Skills
n n Proficiency or working knowledge of AI creative tools such as Runway, Google Flow, and Higgsfield.
n Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing using After Effects/Premiere Pro.
n Experience designing for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
n Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
n Understanding of print production and pre-press processes.
