Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Social Lead Generation Specialist to combine organic digital marketing execution with proactive, high-touch social media outreach. You will lead our organic social presence, create engaging content, and actively engage with prospective clients across targeted online communities to convert casual interest into booked consultations.

Core Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing & Content Execution

● Plan, create, and publish regular content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube/Shorts/Reels, Reddit, Quora & Other Forums).

● Write clear, engaging marketing copy for social posts, promo banners, short blogs, and video scripts.

● Visual content creation (using Canva, Figma, or basic video editing tools) for daily social posts.

● Assist in organizing online events (e.g., webinars, live streams, Q&A; sessions) and promote them across channels.

Direct Outreach & Engagement (Prospecting)

● Proactively identify and engage potential clients in targeted online communities, forums, expat groups, and social platforms.

● Respond rapidly to comments and questions across all social platforms to convert casual viewers into consultation inquiries.

● Initiate direct message (DM) conversations with qualified prospects using approved, helpful, and compliant scripts.

● Monitor relevant industry/niche hashtags, discussion threads, and community groups to find people actively seeking advice.

3. Content Amplification & Moderation

● Distribute educational content (e.g., updates, guides, success stories) across targeted groups to drive inbound messages.

● Moderate live streams, webinars, or Q&A; sessions to capture and track high-intent leads in real-time.

● Stay updated on platform algorithm changes to ensure outreach methods remain effective and compliant.

4. Lead Tracking & CRM Management

● Qualify inbound and outreach-generated leads by asking initial screening questions regarding their profile/needs.

● Log all interactions accurately in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups or smooth handoffs to the sales/consulting team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

● Experience: 2+ years in social media management, organic lead generation, or community management (experience in consulting/services is a plus).

● Communication: Exceptional written English and interpersonal skills; highly comfortable conducting helpful, conversational DM outreach.

● Marketing Basics: solid grasp of content distribution, social engagement strategies, and basic analytics.

● Tools: Proficiency with major social media platforms, scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite/Later), design tools (Canva), and CRM systems.
