Position: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in marketing large ductile iron and grey iron castings.

This is a specialized position. Only candidates with 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience in large iron castings will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for large ductile iron and grey iron castings.




Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in domestic and export markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, engineering companies, and industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements, casting specifications, drawings, volumes, and commercial requirements.
Identify potential applications where large ductile and grey iron castings can replace existing manufacturing solutions or suppliers.
Generate RFQs and coordinate with Engineering, Foundry, Quality, and Finance teams for technical and commercial quotations.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, sampling, trials, PPAP, and current business development until successful order conversion.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report business development activities to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing in the large-casting segment.
