Design and develop BIW welding fixtures, checking fixtures and assembly fixtures using Siemens NX (UG-NX).
Develop complete 3D fixture models based on customer 3D/STEP data, 2D drawings and fixture concepts.
Understand BIW parts, assembly sequence, welding process and manufacturing requirements.

Prepare 2D manufacturing/detail drawings from 3D models.
Apply appropriate GD&T;, tolerances and datum schemes.
Perform fixture feasibility and interference checks.
Ensure proper accessibility for robot welding, manual welding and assembly operations.
Coordinate with robotic simulation, manufacturing and production teams.




Incorporate customer design changes and engineering modifications.
Review fixture designs with senior designers/customers and implement feedback.
Follow customer-specific and company BIW fixture design standards.
Maintain proper drawing/model structures, naming conventions and revision control.
Support manufacturing during fixture build and resolve design-related issues.
Participate in design reviews and identify potential manufacturing or assembly problems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
