Key Responsibilities

Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables if required.
Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and skilled manner.
Check in with guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest requests, complaints, or feedback politely.

Service Operations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Ensure correct order delivery to the right table.
Transparent and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs.

Sales & Upselling
Recommend menu items and daily specials.
Upsell beverages, desserts, and add-ons.




Promote signature dishes or chef specials.

Billing & Payments
Present bills accurately and process payments.
Handle POS systems if assigned.
Ensure correct billing and guest satisfaction before departure.

Hygiene & Safety
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Ensure tables, cutlery, and service stations are clean and organized.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
