A Store Associate is responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store displays, handling stock, processing transactions, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. The role requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Understand customer needs and assist with product selection.
Explain product features, prices, promotions, and offers.
Operate the billing/POS system and process cash, card, and digital payments.
Receive, unpack, label, and arrange merchandise.
Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Check inventory levels and report shortages or damaged products.
Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally.
Support stock counting and store inventory activities.
Follow company policies, safety procedures,



and loss-prevention guidelines.
Assist with opening and closing store activities when required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Ability to work standing for extended periods.
Ability to work versatile schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
