Position: Salesman
Company: Benzer Paints
Salary: ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and performance

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Benzer Paints products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and customers.
Develop recent business opportunities and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
Visit markets and customer locations regularly to generate orders and achieve sales targets.
Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and applications to customers.
Coordinate with the company regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide regular feedback to management.
Maintain proper records of sales,



customer visits, orders, and collections.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in paint, construction material, hardware, or FMCG sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of the local market and dealer network will be an advantage.
Must be target-oriented, hardworking, and willing to travel for market visits.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
