Job Summary

ASE Technology is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, develop new customer relationships, and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have solid business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a positive understanding of the technology/electronics industry.

The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with internal teams to convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and customer segments.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company objectives.
Generate leads through market research, networking, customer referrals, industry events, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal technical, engineering,



operations, and commercial teams to develop suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to opportunity qualification, negotiation, and closure.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
Develop key accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding and project execution.
