Role & responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective borrowers to discuss financial needs, explain loan options, and recommend appropriate products.
- Data Collection: Gather essential financial documents, including tax returns, pay stubs, and credit reports.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate creditworthiness by calculating debt-to-income (DTI) and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios to assess risk.
- Loan Structuring: Negotiate terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules within individual lending authority.
