About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SECOPS Lead to lead Security Operations activities, vulnerability management, endpoint security, patch management, and incident response. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, WSUS, AdminStudio, PowerShell, Linux, and Qualys VMDR or CrowdStrike.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Security Operations activities and team members.
- Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate incident response.
- Manage vulnerability assessment, remediation, and security findings.
- Review security logs and identify potential security risks.
- Manage endpoint security, patching, and software deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Network teams to implement security controls.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Conduct security risk assessments and support compliance audits.
- Prepare security reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Troubleshoot endpoint, patching, vulnerability, and security-related issues.




- Mentor team members and promote security best practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Application Packaging: AdminStudio
- Scripting: PowerShell
- Patch Management: SCCM, Microsoft Intune, WSUS
- Vulnerability Management: Qualys VMDR or CrowdStrike
- Operating System: Hands-on Linux experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Endpoint Management, and Security Operations.

Candidate Requirements
- 9–14 years of overall IT/Security experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience across the mandatory technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience in SCCM and Intune.
- Linux experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Qualys VMDR or CrowdStrike is mandatory.
- Notice period: 0–15 days only.
- Must be willing to work in 3 rotational shifts: 5:30 AM / 1:30 PM / 9:30 PM.
- Cab facility provided.
