Are you passionate about digital marketing, paid advertising, data, and driving measurable business growth? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing professional to join our team.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions .
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Work closely with the content, creative, sales, and business teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

? Requirements




- 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing .
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager , and reporting tools is a plus.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth.
