n We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role requires robust leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value.
n What You'll Do
n n Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.
n Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.
n Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling
n Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
n Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
n Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs
n Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum
n Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality
n Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution
n Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable
n n Requirements
n n Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science,



or equivalent practical.
n Experience with 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Engineering delivery, project management, data related software implementation
n 8+ years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects
n Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams
n Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives
n Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality Management.
n Experience in regulatory, Pharma/Life science, or enterprise systems is a strong plus
n Technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs
n Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
n Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence
n n Technical Skills
n n Must have hands-on experience or prior experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, and Advanced Excel
n Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience would be nice to have Cloud experience, preferably AWS, is preferred
