Job Purpose/ Summary This role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of products. He/she will work closely with our production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

The SBAPL_Dispatch Supervisor, designated as a Junior Officer, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless dispatch of products. This position requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics and dispatch management.

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to guarantee effective operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role demands expertise in logistics operations management, process optimization, risk management, and ERP systems. The successful candidate will possess strong entrepreneurial skills, business acumen, a global mindset, and a commitment to people excellence.

Additionally, the role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating logistics, and conducting audits to maintain operational integrity.

Supervisor will be instrumental in driving process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence within the dispatch department.
