Job Summary: The SAP MM Process Expert will Support as process expert for designing the process template in managing the SAP projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Support the ME plants to be ready for S4 deploy by Drive.
- Evaluate the requirement in SAP R/3 by screening the current as-is processes in the different plants in each single area (e.g. S2P PKG, O2C PKG, ...) to identify the major deviations. (GAPS needed to be developed for a specific plant / Plant to change to com e back to standard process and solution.)
- Documentation of the GAP on JIRA.
- In order to support the plants, this expert goes through the as is process with the experts from plants and identify the deviations to be implemented. This Role is for the Packaging area (S2P + O2C) The capacity will be charged to the ME/PJ-VIP Project.
- Responsible to gain competency in process template of S2P business process (SAP MM R/3 S/4 HANA)
- Gather and document business requirements from users.
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements
- Identify the gaps compared to the current process template
- Coordinate with Design and build and collaborate with Bosch Digital (BD) teams to implement the requirement
- Identify the scope for the rollout for the respective plant




- Responsible to explain the plant how to adopt the template process and deploy the custom requirements
- Collaborate with plant and design build team to finalize the migration requirement
- Verify sample mass upload of migrated data
- Understand template test cases and localize where necessary for each plant based on the scope
- Support in executing test cases during test cycles
- Create/Support in creating test defects and follow until defect resolution Understand the existing cutover list and task execute as per cutover schedule and provide inputs
- Support during hyper care: Train Keyusers, setup training data, prepare demo and create/publish supporting documents for project reusable repository
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and process documentation as per Bosch quality standards. Additional information 8+ years of experience with SAP S2P (MM) preferably with S/4 HANA Must have independently contributed to at least one endto-end SAP implementation project
